We allow 48 hours from your move date to cancel your move and anything after the 48 hour time period, you are subject to losing your deposit. We review it on a case by case situation.

We get this question a lot and we appreciate you all wanting to show love to our guys.  While there is no specific way in which you have to be generous or are you required to tip, it can be typical to tip the each man $10 an hour each for every hour worked. 

Make sure all of your belogings that can fit in a box are packed away and ready to go, make sure there is a clear pathway for the guys to maneuver, all pets and children are secured and out of the way of traffic, making sure there is parking for the truck before arrival, if you are in an apartment making sure you have reserved parking and an elevator if possible.
